On 14th December 2009, ACC inaugurated another new cement plant in Thondebhavi village, ACC Cement Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka. This plant was established as a Greenfield project in the picturesque village with an installation cost of Rs. 350 crore ACC  Chikkaballapur



Having its own railway sliding, the plant has its own railway siding. The grinding system of this plant comprises state-of-the-art Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) technology. With a strong inclination towards creating a pollution-free environment, this ACC Cement Plant plant is equipped with sophisticated air pollution control systems to stop dust and fugitive emissions.

More than half of the land area of the plant campus is dedicated to the cultivation of a verdant Greenbelt. The entire plant will stand in a greenery filled campus surrounded by carefully tended horticulture and landscaped gardens.
